Lego Marvel Super Heroes is a Lego-themed action-adventure video game developed by Traveler’s Tales and published by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. The game was criticized for being similar to other lego titles such as Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. You are able to fly in the game with certain heroes such as Superman and the Green Lantern.
Just Cause 3
Just Cause 3 was released on December 1st, 2015 and is, in my opinion, one of the best open world action-adventure video games out there. The game features many different vehicles or devices that allow you to fly such including a wingsuit and a jetpack. GTA V is an action-adventure game in a fictional city in the USA. The game has many vehicles including a few flying vehicles with over 20 different helicopters and planes in the game with new ones being added all the game and also an atomic blimp which is known for being one of the most vulnerable vehicles in the game.
Lair is yet another action adventure game on this list and its main mechanic is actually flying, in the game you play as a so called ‘Sky Guard’ where you control a dragon and you are able to fly it in the air and use it as a war beast against your enemies
Darkvoid was developed by Airtight games for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The game sees you play as a protagonist teleported from a date before World War 2 into a new world full of aliens where he must battle an alien threat previously banished by the humans but now looking to return. Infamous: Second Son
In action adventure game Infamous: Second Son you are able to play as a protagonist called Cole McGrath who has sacrificed himself in order to save humanity, and he has a rare set of abilities that allow him to fly from one building to another, you have to see it for yourself but he is able to turn into this smoke with red particles and just go wherever he wishes.

Gravity Rush is an action adventure game developed by SCE Japan Studios and Project Siren exlusively for the Playstation Vita. The game unsurprisingly allows you to control gravity in the game in order to solve puzzles and defeat enemies, by controlling gravity you are essentially able to turn on or off your flying abilities.
Saints Row 4

World Of Warcraft
In one of the biggest MMORPG’s ever created, you are able to have mounts that can fly, however please note that there are different Mount Classes and only the ‘Flying Mounts’ class is able to fly and it also has more attack in the air.
Some people may be surprised that Halo is on the list however they must have forgotten that in Halo there are actually quite a few flying vehicles with the most notable one being the Banshee due to its fast and versatile design.

In Super Mario Bros once you equip the racoon suit you have the ability to fly and this was a pretty big event for fans as it was the first time Mario had ever been able to take to the air.
