Never Alone

Never Alone is a puzzle platformer video games developed by Upper One Games and published by E-Line Media. The game is based on the Iñupiat story of  “Kunuuksaayuka”, the plot of the game revolves around discovering the source of the blizzard ravaging your village. As you play the game you are encountered with puzzles and must choose whether to use the human protagonist a young Native American girl called Nuna or as her pet Arctic Fox. The game is absolutely beautiful visually and also has amazing sound and atmosphere design.

Okami is an action-adventure video game developed by the Japanese Clover Studios and published by Capcom, the game is set in a classical Japan which heavily influences its amazing and unique art style and combines Japanese mythology, folklore and legends for the story. Crysis 3

Crysis 3 was released in 2013, this first-person shooter action adventure game sees your traverse New York City which has turned into a forest due to the lack of human activity following the creation of a nanodome by the corrupt and evil CELL corporation. The game was praised for its game level design, visuals and multiplayer however it was a big commercial failure for Electronic Arts who spent close to $66 million on developing the game.

Abzu

Abzu is an adventure game released in August 2016, which sees you play as a diver exploring the mysteries of the deep ocean, the game is open world allowing you to explore where ever you like but some parts of the map do require extra health and boost to survive. The game was developed by a group of just 13 people but has achieved a lot of success with even Pewdipie doing a walkthrough on it.

Journey is an indie video game developed by the studio Thatgamecompany, you play as a robed figure and play in a desert environment, the story is told wordlessly and there is also an interesting multiplayer feature that allows you to meet other players playing the game but you can only communicate with them over musical chimes and you can’t see their names until the credits which is a cool edition to be honest being able to see the players that helped you along the way.

Red Dead Redemption is a Western-themed action adventure game that any passionate gamer would have heard about at least once in their lives, the game is set during the decline of the American Frontier in the year 1911. The game has an amazing environment and story and has won countless awards and it’s a game you must play if you are looking for a great experience after all Naughty Dog never dissapoints with its games.
