New PUBG Patch Balances Map Selection Ratio

A brand new patch has been released for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds that is addressing and fixing most of the issues from the 1.0 release of the game that was launched last week. One of those problems was the map ratio which was for some reason broken and players would notice that the majority of the maps they would play on will be the new Miramar map instead of an even spread between the new map Miramar and the original PUBG map Erangel. The other major issue that was fixed was that of replays, now replays of deaths are viewable to the player only 3 minutes after their death to prevent players from revealing the locations of players to their friends or other players, which in my opinion is awesome.

PUBG Corporation announced in their blog post “Contrary to most expectations, there is a combination of causes that lead to the in-game lag and character position readjustment issues”The issues cannot be attributed to one or two causes and have stemmed from a combination of different factors which is why we need to continuously work on resolving and investigating the problem.” The server quality has also been reportedly improved with this latest patch.
