The latest PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds patch aimed at fixing registration issues and client lobby crashes has been released. The games developers the PUBG Corporation today announced the patch in a tweet.
PC players, today we deployed a small patch that fixed an issue with long range hits not registering intermittently and an issue with the client crashing in the lobby. Please make sure to download this update if you haven’t already.

They also added more information about the patch in the patch notes and the PUBG Corporation also added that it will continue “work on analyzing and fixing any remaining issues every day.” The games developers are working hard on resolving issues as the game just recently left Early Access and despite many people predicting big issues the transition has been fairly smooth.
