Spyro The Dragon is a platform video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment with the game being released for the original PlayStation in 1998. In the game, you play as a purple dragon called Spyro who along with his firefly companion Sparx are travelling along various worlds to rescue your fellow dragons, find and recover treasures as well as defeat the evil boss Gnasty Gnorc.
Panzer Dragoon is a rail shooter game released in 1995 for the Sega Saturn and is the first game in the Panzer Dragoon series. The game consists of levels where you fly as a dragon and have to shoot down obstacles and enemies in your path while also avoiding their fire directed at you and you also have to face bosses at the end of many of the levels. The game also has a unique mechanic where you can’t pause mid-level only before a boss battle, meaning you always have to be on your toes and the game is very demanding.

Wonder Boy 3: The Dragons Trap is a platforming action video game released in 1989, at the start of the game protagonist Wonder Boy walks into a dungeon and is cursed turning him into a ‘lizard man’ aka a fire-breathing dragon. Throughout the game, you traverse avoiding the typical platformer obstacles and enemies and also have to defeat other dragon bosses.
Thanatos is an action video game developed and published by Durell Software and released in 1986 for the ZX Spectrum, the Commodore 64 and the Amstrad CPC. Fire Emblem Awakening is a tactical action-adventure game developed by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo SPD and published by Nintendo in 2012 in Japan and 2013 in the rest of the world. The game is set around a character called Avatar who joins a group of shepherds and helps to defend their villages from monsters, in the game you can befriend a set of characters which depending if you play Casual or Classic mode once a character dies you can’t play with them again for the rest of the game. There are dragon hybrids in the game, aka half dragons half humans which are all part of the in-game Manakete class.

Breath of Fire 3 is a role-playing video game developed and published by Capcom for the original PlayStation in 1997. The game takes place in a fantasy world where humans live in peace alongside other animals and creatures including dragons, in the game you will see yourself following a story-based storyline with a couple fo side quests while battling a variety of enemy creatures. The game overall requires you to do a lot of exploring, roleplaying and also leveling up.
Epyllion is a tabletop roleplaying video game where you control dragons in a fantasy apocalyptic set medieval system that has a lot of classic tabletop mechanics with a dice roll used to decide how many spaces you can move but it has awesome roleplaying features where you can see your dragon grow and flourish, let him join a dragon house (essentially a guild) and select their class with some of the classes being The Warrior class, The Crafter class, and The Daredevil class.
